Dorcas began meeting the food and clothing needs of low-income families in the Eel River Valley over 55 years ago. In 1987, Dorcas volunteers realized their goal of a permanent home with the completion of the FACS building at 2331 Rohnerville Road.
Dorcas operates a free food pantry and clothing closet dedicated to assisting low-income, unhoused individuals and families with essential resources. We also have a place to meet with someone and get a cup of coffee or hot chocolate.
We operate a thrift store called Tabitha’s Place.
We also offer a variety of support, including:

- Clothing
- Bedding
- Toiletries
- Showers
